All orthodontic treatment is designed to slowly move the teeth into the desired alignment with incremental movement. When you choose Invisalign, you are choosing to correct your teeth alignment in the least disruptive way possible. Invisalign is an orthodontic treatment using a series of custom-made, clear plastic aligners that move your teeth into the proper position. The Invisalign treatment process begins with an evaluation to determine if Invisalign is right for you. If it is determined that Invisalign is the best treatment for you, we will take digital images of your mouth.

These will be sent to Invisalign, who will use them to model the movement of your teeth into their desired positions. Once you and your dentist have viewed and approved the model, a series of clear aligners is made.

Each set of aligners is worn for approximately two weeks, shifting your teeth a little bit at a time. You will wear your Invisalign aligners for at least 20 and 22 hours per day. Once treatment with the aligners is completed, you will use a retainer for a given period to ensure your teeth do not move again.
